Mathilde Lehmann, founder of the brand, is a visual artist. With a Master's degree in Visual Arts from the Haute Ecole d'Art et de Design in Geneva, her artistic work closely borders the frontiers of design. She is interested in the intimate relationship, both emotional and functional that the user can create with an everyday object. Soap is an ephemeral and evolving sculpture, which we will gradually transform with the hand. It is precisely this aspect that fascinates her. Right out of her art studies, she wanted to create a project that was beautiful, ethical and useful. Passionate about creation and handmade, she therefore went from artist to craftsman, to create Seem Soap in 2015. Our goal: to bring art and beauty back into your daily life, and to make an ordinary gesture a moment of pleasure and emotion. Sensitive to environmental issues, Seem Soap is a committed brand. The return to solid soap was obvious, because it helps to limit waste while taking better care of the skin. By breaking codes and diverting standards, Seem Soap reinvents soap and also makes it a design object. The colors will brighten up your day, and the shape will give you a unique sensory experience.
