Shipments and Returns
YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days in France and within 5 to 10 days for other countries, after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste Colissimo International with tracking and drop-off with signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
The information provided by the buyer during ordering should contain no errors or omissions, in particular the delivery address and contact telephone number (to be used by the delivery services, if required).
The seller assumes no responsibility for any failure of delivery or loss of the ordered items.
RETURN
If you want to retrun an article, you might contact us by mail. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.
In accordance with articles L121 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days (as indicated by the postmark), from the receipt of the merchandise to change your mind about your order. After this time, no returns shall be accepted and the merchandise is considered accepted by you. If you would like a refund, return the merchandise, at your own expense, by registered post with the delivery receipt to the address below, subject to these conditions:
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, altered, soiled or laundered. Trying-on of the merchandise is permitted but it should not be subjected to prolonged or repeated use prior to its return. No refund shall be given on any items which do not meet the above criteria.
- Merchandise should be in its original packaging (box, tissue paper or wrapping paper).
